Suitable for all fitness levels, Nia’s essence is movement that delights and invites your personal expression through simple choreography that also strengthens the core, sheds stress, and builds whole body fitness. And depending on your unique body and needs, all of the movements can be small, medium or large, fast or slow. You choose what feels best.

When we move with ease, motivation comes from your body which naturally loves and craves to move with rhythm and flow. Feeling good, strong and joyful at every age is your body’s gift which is free and immediately available to you the moment you start.

So I invite you to join a class and get a taste. As a Theater, Movement and Fitness teacher for over 25 years, I am completely dedicated to this fantastic practice which never fails to support fitness, fun and wellbeing.
